I will be travelling and would like to sublet my apartment for the time. It will be available for max. 12 days (less is possible - price will be adjusted). It includes a bedroom, an office, a kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, two desks and space to store and hang your clothes... Most of my things will stay in the room. Bed linen and accommodating are provided, of course. The flat is located on the 4th floor (reachable with elevator) of a relatively new apartment building, so while the ceilings might not be 4m high, it is super quiet and peaceful inside.

The apartment will be primarily available between May 10/11 and May 21.

There is a balcony to the bedroom that you can use too. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen and on the balcony.

Ich werde verreisen und möchte meine Wohnung für diese Zeit untervermieten. Sie wird für max. 12 Tage (weniger ist auch möglich - Preis wird entsprechend angepasst) angeboten. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Büro, einer Küche und einem Bad. Das Schlafzimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, zwei Schreibtischen und Platz zum Aufbewahren und Aufhängen deiner Klamotten... Die meisten meiner Sachen werden im Zimmer bleiben. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind natürlich vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (mit Aufzug erreichbar) eines relativ neuen Wohnhauses, so dass die Decken zwar nicht 4m hoch sind, aber es ist super ruhig und friedlich drinnen.

Die Wohnung wird in erster Linie zwischen dem 10/11 Mai und dem 21. Mai verfügbar sein.

An das Schlafzimmer ist ein Balkon angeschlossen, den Sie ebenfalls nutzen können. Rauchen ist in der Küche und auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
