I will be traveling for a month (or 1,5 or 2 months) and will be subletting my apartment for the time which includes a bedroom, an office, a kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, two desks and space to store and hang your clothes... Most of my things will stay in the room. Bed linen and towels are provided, of course. The flat is located on the 4th floor (reachable with elevator) of a relatively new apartment building, so while the ceilings might not be 4m high, it is super quiet and peaceful inside.

The apartment will be primarily available May 1-31 (alternatively in the second half of April-May 31 or possibly even until mid-June). We can discuss that.

There is a balcony connected to the room that you can use too.

Smoking is allowed in the kitchen and on the balcony.

Ich werde für 1-1,5 oder sogar 2 Monate auf Reisen sein und werde meine Wohnung für die Zeit untervermieten, die ein Schlafzimmer, ein Büro, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer umfasst. Das Schlafzimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, zwei Schreibtische und viel Platz und Staumöglichkeiten ... Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind natürlich vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (mit dem Aufzug erreichbar) eines relativ neuen Wohnhauses, so dass die Decken zwar nicht 4m hoch sind, aber es ist super ruhig und friedlich drinnen.

Die Wohnung wird hauptsächlich vom 1. bis 31. Mai verfügbar sein. Ich möchte allerdings schon ab dem 17. April jemanden finden. Es kann auch wohl sein, dass die Wohnung bis Mitte Juni verfügbar sein wird. Wir können das allerdings besprechen. kann wohl auch länger und/oder früher vermietet werden.

Es gibt einen Balkon, der mit dem Zimmer verbunden ist und den du ebenfalls nutzen kannst.

Rauchen ist in der Küche und auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
