Who we are:

- Three full-time, reliable professionals.
- monthly household income: 9000 € net.
- One works in Sendlinger Tor (since 1.5 years), one in Ingolstadt (since 1 year), and one in Garching (since 1 month)
- We speak English and German
- We are non-smoking, common and uncomplicated
- We have no pets
- We are looking for a long-term rental apartment

What we are looking for:

- A 3- to 4-room apartment
- Budget: approx. 1800-2500€
- Entry date: May 2025 (flexible)
- Good connection to public transport (probably close to the main railway station, Sendlinger Tor, at the U6 or with direct connection to the main railway station)
