To the apartment:
The apartment is very central, walking distance from Fürther Main Station (about 5 minutes) and public transport (bus, train, subway), as well as various shopping facilities (walking zone). Despite urban and well-vived location, it is quiet and green areas such as parks and forest strips are easily accessible. So ideal for commuters, but also people who want to travel quickly somewhere. The vocational school is also only 2-5 minutes walk away.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, fußläufig vom Fürther Hauptbahnhof (ca. 5 Min.) und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus, Bahn, U-Bahn), sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Fußgängerzone) entfernt. Trotz innenstädtischer und gut belebter Lage ist es ruhig und Grünflächen wie Parks und Waldstreifen sind sehr gut erreichbar. Ideal also für Pendler, aber auch Leute, die schnell irgendwohin verreisen wollen. Die Berufsschule ist ebenfalls nur 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

A little to us remaining:

Johanna teaches primary students here in the area and will probably take off against August to have less stress in the bathroom early.
Chris makes an education a healer and is almost ready; also he will move "then" if it becomes clear for him whether he is taken over to be closer to his work.
Kata is working to reorientate, likes to make and is the WG's stationery wife. She reads a lot, can talk about God and the world over hours and has a good sense of humor. With it you will have to come out in the long term and have to re-establish the WG half if the other two pull out.

Johanna and Chris are currently under a lot of stress, which is why everyone is more likely to be in their rooms. In the long term, Kata wishes to have roommates with whom she can occasionally cook and talk together. In an earlier constellation, it had established that once a week was breakfast together (just to see and get what's going on in the other) and what can happen again - but does not have to.

Logically, we respect it when someone withdraws and needs Me-Time. In the whole, a healthy portion of open and respectful communication is also important (conflicts should also be addressed without anyone going to the ceiling - let alone is not a solution). Cleanliness and fairness are also very important to us, which is why we have a rotation of budgetary tasks.

On the subject of grass: Currently Chris builds on himself (in the living room), but Kata wants no grass to be cultivated in the future, as it gets headaches from the smell.

We are therefore looking for people who do not want purpose WG to have for bad jokes and connect with a lapel more than an insult. Gerne people with dog or cat(s), because until about April 2024 still dogs and cats have lived here (Note for allergy sufferers!).

Ein wenig zu uns Verbleibenden:

Johanna unterrichtet Grundschüler hier in der Umgebung und wird evtl gegen August ausziehen, um frühs weniger Stress im Bad zu haben.
Chris macht eine Ausbildung zum Heilerzieher und ist fast fertig; auch er wird "demnächst" umziehen, wenn klar für ihn wird, ob er übernommen wird, um näher an seiner Arbeit zu sein.
Kata ist dabei sich beruflich umzuorientieren, bastelt gerne und ist die Schreibwarenfrau der WG. Sie liest sehr viel, kann über Stunden über Gott und die Welt reden und hat einen guten Sinn für Humor. Mit ihr wirst du langfristig auskommen müssen und quasi die WG halb neugründen müssen, wenn die anderen beiden ausziehen.

Aktuell sind Johanna und Chris unter viel Stress, weshalb alle aktuell eher auf ihren Zimmern sind. Langfristig wünscht sich Kata Mitbewohner, mit denen sie gelegentlich gemeinsam kochen und quatschen kann. In einer früheren Konstellation hatte es sich etabliert, dass einmal die Woche gemeinsam gefrühstückt wurde (einfach um sich zu sehen und mitzukriegen, was beim anderen so läuft) und was gerne wieder entstehen kann - aber nicht muss.

Logischerweise respektieren wir es, wenn jemand sich zurückzieht und Me-Time braucht. Bei dem Ganzen ist auch eine gesunde Portion offene und respektvolle Kommunikation wichtig (Konflikte sollen auch angesprochen werden können, ohne dass jemand an die Decke geht - Totschweigen ist keine Lösung). Sauberkeit und Fairness liegen uns auch sehr am Herzen, weshalb wir eine Rotation der Haushaltsaufgaben haben.

Zum Thema Grass: Aktuell baut Chris selbst an (im Wohnzimmer), allerdings wünscht sich Kata, dass kein Grass in Zukunft mehr angebaut wird, da sie vom Geruch Kopfschmerzen kriegt.

Wir suchen daher Leute, die keine Zweck-WG wollen, für schlechte Witze zu haben sind und mit einem Lappen mehr verbinden, als eine Beleidigung. Gerne Leute mit Hund oder Katze(n), denn es haben bis ca April 2024 noch Hund und Katzen hier gewohnt (Hinweis für Allergiker!).
