Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, sehr ruhig gelegen (befindet sich im zweiten Hinterhof) und hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Zugang von der Küche und vom Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und komplett ausgestattet.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, daher ist die Wohnung nicht WG-tauglich.

I am subletting my beautiful and spacious 2 BR Altbau apartment (wooden floor, high walls..) because I leave Berlin for a new job. The apartment is fresh renovated, pretty quiet (it`s located in the second courtyard) and has a 12sm private terrace (access via kitchen and bedroom). The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
You can`t share the apartment with a flatmate because the living room is a walk-through room.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. 3 Minuten Fussweg zur S Frankfurter Allee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur 3 Minuten entfernt (Bio Company, Edeka, DM).
Den Simon-Dach-Kiez erreicht man auch leicht zu Fuss. Dort gibt es viele verschiedene Cafés, Bars und Restaurants und den Boxhagener Platz (mit seinem beliebten Wochenmarkt am Samstag und Flohmarkt am Sonntag).

The flat is perfectly located in Rigaer Straße. 3 minutes walk to S Frankfurter Allee (Ringbahn). All important shopping facilities are also only 3 min foot walk away (Bio Company, Edeka, DM).
Just a short walking distance to Simon-Dach street with its many cafés, bars and restaurants and to Boxhagener Platz (a favorite weekend market – food market on Saturdays and flea market on Sundays).
