The apartment is located at the Cornelius-Fredericks-Str. 48 in Berlin-Wedding(postal code: 13351) within the Mitte district of Berlin. The area is very well connected with the public transport network by being situated on the U6 subway line. The subway stations U Seetraße and U Rehberge are just 5 mins away from the apartment by walking. Plenty of options for shopping, food, drinks, fitness, sports, other outdoor activities, are all available within walking range.
For groceries, all the major grocery discounters such as Rewe, Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, lie within walking range. A decent amount of bars are dispersed all around the neighborhood. Famous furniture and construction stores Möbel Kraft, Bauhaus, POCO are within 10 mins of drive. Karstadt/Galeria, Mediamarkt, Saturn, all are within 10 mins by public transport.

Myself
I (29 year male) work as Software Product Manager for a Fintech company based in Kreuzberg. Work is important to me, and so are my personal goals and plans.
For fitness, I like to run on the weekends and go to the gym for full body work out from time to time.
For sport I like to play Badminton, Table Tennis, and Football. I am beginning to learn Tennis, and Kickboxing these days. I also enjoy rollerskating when I can find the time. In my free time, I read books, news articles, listen to podcasts, and watch youtube, netflix.
I like to dance Tango and taking classes to be good at it. On the weekends I go out drinking with friends in Bars and dancing in the Clubs.
I enjoy talking about technology, cultures, music, food, languages, travel stories, philosophy, environment, startup ecosystem and so on - not in that order.:)

Life at WG
Usually 2-3 days a week I commute to the office for work. On average once in 3 weeks I invite friends over for dinner and some drinks. I like direct and open communication. I am an easy going person and good listener so you can talk to me about anything. If you end up staying with me I will be happy to have some cooking sessions together. A brief catch up for a cup of tea or wine or a longer talk about past experiences or personal philosophies could both be fun depending on the time we got. We can also watch movies together. I would generally prefer to have a girl staying over just to have a nice balance at the apartment. People identifying as LGBTQ are also welcome. Cis straight guys are welcome to write but please also keep looking for other options.

Registration at the city office(Anmeldung) will not be possible with a rental contract of less than equal to 3 months.
