Overall, the apartment is in the top condition, as the old building was only renovated a few years ago.

Alle Zimmer sind möbliert, weshalb ich nach einer*einem fürsorglichen Untermieter*in suche, die*der gepflegt mit meinen Möbeln umgeht.

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung im top Zustand, da der Altbau vor einigen Jahren erst renoviert wurde.
