A freshly renovated semi-detached house that has not lost its charm seeks new residents after I have not found any roommates.
The house costs cold 1600 Euro plus 160 additional costs. There are also costs for electricity and gas. N-ergie is currently taking a stop of just under 200 euros, with no billing after the renovation (and underfloor heating).
For the money you get a house with many possibilities: It has a terrace over which there is access to the natural garden. On the ground floor is the living kitchen area (about 40qm) and a small guest toilet. The first floor is the daylight bathroom with bathtub and three rooms. The two small rooms are towards the garden. One of the two rooms is only accessible through the other two rooms.
In the second floor there is a beautifully developed attic with beam construction.
And finally there is a workshop in the cellar, a laundry room and another room. For money there is not only good connection, but also a lot of quality of life.
The house is located on the very busy beer path in the north of Nuremberg. The underground station "Ziegelstein" is not a 5 minute walk away and is a great connection to the city (13 minutes to the Hbf) and to the airport (2 minutes). But don't worry, the main incoming snow isn't going over the house and so the airborne noise keeps within limits.
The bus stops of lines 21, 30, 31, N1 are also in the immediate vicinity.
The new windows reliably hold the street noise. Since the garden and terrace are located on the back of the house, you don't hear much here from the street and on the weekend the road is much quieter anyway.
The A3 is only about 5 minutes' drive.
The forest is about 15 minutes walk or 4 minutes by bike.
Some restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy can be found in the area.
