The perfect location on the RWTH campus makes the shared apartment a dream for every student.

Due to the urgent living room crisis and the vast amount of room request we still receive in December, we decided to open a flat with shared sleeping rooms to open up a cheap possibility for every student who is in need.

The big apartment has four rooms, one larger an three smaller rooms. In the middle corridor there are two bathrooms with shower and a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen can be used by all residents and is in the middle area of the apartment and includes a waschingmaschine. There are also two big fridges to have enough space for every tenant. The window fronts offer a lot of light in the rooms and makes it pleasantly bright.

The large room have 2 bunk beds for 4 persons, the smaller rooms has only one bunk bed each and a wardrobe for every person living there. Two of the smaller rooms have individual desk and chairs for studying.

The flat is well suited as a starting point for studying as the location is very central. The location right next to Templergraben, Pntstrasse, CARL and Audimax needs no further explanation, this is the RWTH CAMPUS and student life also takes place in the Pontviertel at night.

From here you can easily reach all institutes and lecture halls. By bike, it is less than 4 minutes (9min by foot) to the Super-C and the RWTH main building. The Aachen Lousberg can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and is a great place to spend time jogging or doing sports in the summer.

The bus connections are perfect. From here, it is only a few stops by bus to the bus station and from there you can reach everything else directly, e.g. FH Aachen.

As landlords, we expect cleanliness and this includes a cleaning schedule or a shared apartment app that regulates shared apartment life and the associated tasks. You are all young adults and we expect you to regulate and master such tasks among yourselves. Freeriders in the cleaning schedule will not be tolerated. In coordination with the shared apartment community, a cleaning assistant can be provided.

DSL/Internet connection via WiFi is freely available. Water and electricity (€20) are billed at a flat rate and therefore remain constant. Heating costs (€20) are billed at a variable rate and passed on to the residents. These additional costs are already included in the rent.

The flatmates should be open-minded and free of prejudice.
Extrem left and right wing is undesirable as a political mindset.
