In our cozy 4er-WG two rooms are free from 01.02.2025. The rooms together are about 35-40 square meters and offer plenty of space to feel good. The 2 rooms can be shared furnished as required. A small redeeming agreement can be requested, but I strongly believe that the entire furniture can be taken over for free.
🔹 Characteristics:
One of the rooms has an open passage to the other, but together they are completely separated from the rest of the apartment – ideal for couples who want to use the space flexibly.
Priority is given to couples who want to rent both rooms together and use them individually (e.g. bedroom and work room).
🔹 Alternative rental:
The rooms can also be rented individually if the two tenants know well and feel comfortable with the open passage.
When a tenant is removed, care is taken that after-renters also agree with the passage situation.

The apartment is located in Düppelstraße 3 – centrally located and excellently connected.
Shops such as Net, Aldi, Lidl and Kaufland are all within 5-10 minutes walk. For fast shopping in between there is a kiosk in the immediate vicinity as well as a petrol station directly opposite – my personal tip: there is an excellent cappuccino! ☕
Public transport:
There are two bus lines directly opposite the apartment (lines 16 and 47).
In 5 minutes walk you can reach a stop with numerous other bus lines that drive in all directions.
Rothe Erde Train Station can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot, perfect for train connections.
The location offers not only practical shopping and a good connection, but also a vibrant and comfortable environment for everyday life.
