I am sadly leaving the WG due to health problems. The room is 22 m² and has a bed, two nightstands, a desk lamp, a desk, a chair, 2 shelves and a clothes hanger. All kitchenware is available and shared.

Die Fenster lassen viel Licht herein, sodass man im Sommer gerne mal in der Fensterbank sitzen und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Ansonsten siehst du an den Fotos ja schon, wie groß die Zimmer ist.
It's a 10-minute walk to the Schanz train station and to Aldi and Edeka. 2 minutes to the "Franziskushospital" bus stop. From there you can reach the city center and the university in 10 minutes.
There is bicycle storage, so don't worry about your bike :)
Zu Fuß bist du in 10 Min vom Bahnhof Schanz, beim Aldi und Edeka, und in 2min bei der Bushaltestelle „Franziskushospital“. Von dort aus erreichst du in 10min Innenstadt und Universität.
Es gibt Fahrradkeller, also keine Sorge um dein Fahrrad :)
Your flatmates are Julia and Malak
Julia is in the first semester of her Master's degree in Data Science. She arrived in Aachen in October and loves meeting new people. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, reading and cooking.
Malak study Masters of CDE (English Linguistics and Literature) at RWTH Aachen. In her free time, she likes watching movies, cooking, travelling, cultures exploring, hanging out with friends and partys.
We have a cleaning plan so that it is always clean here - that was also very important to me personally. If something bothers us, we talk about it and find a compromise. I expect you to have exactly the same attitude so that I can pass on the shared room with a clear conscience :)

Julia studiert 1. Semester Data Science im Master. Sie ist erst seit Oktober in Aachen und freue sich darauf neue Menschen kennenzulernen. In ihrer Freizeit liest sie gern, geht ins Gym und kocht.
Malak studiert CDE (Englische Sprach- und Literaturwissenschaft) im Master an der RWTH Aachen. In ihrer Freizeit schaut sie gerne Filme, kocht, reist, erkundet neue Kulturen und trifft sich mit Freunden.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, sodass es hier immer sauber aussieht - das war mir persönlich auch sehr wichtig. Wenn einen mal was stört, wird es angesprochen und ein Kompromiss gefunden. Genau diese Einstellung erwarten ich auch von dir, damit ich das WG-Zimmer mit gutem Gewissen weitergeben kann :)
Ich habe mich hier immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind top, die Lage ist super, und der Preis einfach mega für den Platz.
