The room is a cozy 22 sqm furnished Altbau with wooden floors, big south-facing windows, and its own balcony—so it’s always full of light and sunshine (When it shines 🌞)

The flat is just a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn station Baumschulenweg (S8, S85, S9, S45, S46) which gets you to Neukölln, Friedrichshain, and Kreuzberg in just a few stops.
Right across the street there’s an Edeka, Lidl, all kinds of shops, a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant, and Sahara Imbiss (a real plus for anyone who loves Sudanese food).
The neighborhood is super friendly and has a lovely international vibe.

The room is up for sublet in February and possibly also March.
In February, my boyfriend and I will be in Senegal and our sweet dog will stay here with our friend Jordan, who will be your flatmate.
He’s such a kind and easygoing person, and they’ll make great company while we’re away.

It’s a laid-back flat, but we do like to keep things organized — especially since the kitchen and bathroom are on the smaller side (both around 5 sqm). Occasionally, there’s smoking in the kitchen, but we’re happy to adjust if you’d prefer a smoke-free setup.
