Ich biete mein Zimmer zwischen Dezember und April an. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und ruhig. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, mit einem 140cm Bett, Sofa, Tisch und eine Kommode und Kleiderbügel.
In der Wohnung haben wir 2 separate Bäder, so dass es bequem für 4 Personen zu leben. Wir haben eine große Küche mit einem Küchentisch und einem kleinen Sofa.

I am offering my room between December and April. The room and apartment is very calm and quiet. The room is fully furnished, with a 140cm bed, sofa, table and a chest of drawers and hangers.
In the apartment we have 2 separate bathrooms, so it is comfortable to live for 4 people. We have a large kitchen with a kitchen table and a small sofa.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wilmersdorf / Blissestraße. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der U9, U3 und U7 sowie der Ringbahn entfernt, so dass es ziemlich einfach ist, sich in der Stadt zu bewegen. Wir haben einen großen Park mit einem See, wenn man gerne spazieren geht oder joggt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und sauber..

The apartment is located in Wilmersdorf / Blissestraße. It's within walking distance to U9, U3 and U7 as well as Ringbahn, so it's pretty easy to get around the city. We have a large park with a lake if you like walking/running. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
Wir sind 4 Personen in der Wohnung, Mischung aus Student und Vollzeit-Arbeitnehmer. Wir haben eine Reinigung geplant, wir nehmen abwechselnd die Küche zu reinigen, wie wir sind 4 Personen nur einmal im Monat würden Sie die Küche zu reinigen müssen. Die gleiche Struktur gilt auch für die Toillete. Wenn wir es schaffen, eine Zeit zu finden, planen wir die WG-Treffen, aber unsere Zeitpläne sind sehr unterschiedlich und es ist ziemlich schwer, eine gemeinsame Zeit zu finden, um sich zu treffen :/
Merve arbeitet als Stadtplanerin und schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit,
Gina ist Studentin und arbeitet auch in Teilzeit und wäre auch die nächste Tür für dich!
Tony arbeitet auch Vollzeit und hat viele Dienstreisen!

We are 4 people in the flat, mixture of student and full time workers. We have a cleaning scheduled, we take turns to clean the kitchen, as we are 4 people only once in a month you would need to clean the kitchen. It is the same structure for the Toillete as well. If we manage to find a time we plan to the wg-meetings, but our schedules are very different and pretty hard to find a common time to meet :/
Merve is working as an urban planner and writing her master thesis currently,
Gina is a student and also part time working and also would be your next door!
Tony is also full time working and has a lots of business trips!
