Hey beautiful people!
I am subletting my room for one person in a shared apartment.

The apartment is renovated 2 years ago, it's spacious and offers a fully equipped kitchen & bathroom.
The room itself is 25sqm, it's pretty warm and bright with two windows facing the inside territory it's quite silent and calm. It is fully furnished and can be locked.

Some of my stuff will still be there, but I've made sure that it doesn't bother you. You will have plenty of space for your clothes and things. The wifi router is in the room and my speaker is also free to use for the vibes.

It's located on Karl-Marx-Platz, Neukolln - a great location, well connected to public transportation and grocery stores. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a market happening in the Platz right outside the apartment, where you can get groceries and fruit for great prices.
The apartment is literally 3 minute walk from the lovely Kornerpark, 12 minute walk from cool area of Weserstrasse and 15 minute walk from Tempelhofer feld. U7 is 4min walk away and S Neukolln - 8 min.

The WG would be shared with two English/ German speaking student girls in their 20s. I think the girls are pretty easy to get along with and they will be participating in the visits. We respect privacy and have a couple of house rules that involve cleaning, taking care of the common areas and plants.

We're looking for someone in their early to late 20s, english speaking, ideally a student. If you're interested, I would like to hear a brief description of yourself mentioning your name, age, nationality, what you do for living and perhaps what you'd expect of living in a WG.

Since this is a short term rental, Anmeldung is not available. I'm scheduling visits from 2.12.-5.12.24. and will only consider on site visits. The contract is available for 3 months.
