I’m subletting my flat this winter while I work remotely outside of Berlin. The flat is cozy and well-located in the heart of Mitte, near Nordbahnhof and Mauerpark. It has two huge rooms, a big bathroom, and a small but functional kitchen.
My flatmate will also be gone most of the time but might rent out his room as well. We’re good friends and both very easygoing and chill. The most important thing for us is that you clean up after yourself and treat the place with care.
The location is excellent, with public transport connections just a short walk away. The U8, M10, M8, and M12 are all within five minutes, and you’ll be close to Nordbahnhof, Mauerpark, and other great spots in the neighborhood.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible, and I would ask for a one-month rent deposit.
The dates for the sublet are flexible, as I haven’t finalized my travel plans yet. If you have specific needs or preferences, let me know, and we can work something out!
