The room will be rented fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk, and some other small amenities. It's quite large with high ceilings and because of the two windows it is also very bright. The windows are new and double glazed, so they are very good at keeping out the sound. The room on the pictures isn't the fully finished version. I will make it more cozy before you move in.
The flat has two balconies and you will be able to have one of them to yourself if you like.
The appartment is well connected and has several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and green areas close by. You have quick access to the following public transport (between 3-10 min walk):

You will be living with me, I am 33 and female and work full-time. I have just moved into the flat so everything is new. We will share the large living room, bathroom and kitchen.
I like to travel and it's not uncommon for me to not be there, so you'll often get the flat to yourself. I love plants so I might ask you to water them when I'm gone :)
The flat has two sinks in the bathroom, so again, you get that to yourself. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher and all other amenities that might be needed are available.
I've lived the expat life in England, Amsterdam and Madrid and have lived in a variety of flatshares and am quite comfortable sharing a home with someone while respecting boundaries and rules.
