Die Wohnung liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Bismarckstraße/Richard-Wagner-Platz bzw. 5 Minuten zum S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Einkaufszentren sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage ist in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße der Wilmersdorfer Straße. Eine Besichtigung online oder Vorort jederzeit vorab möglich. Wer ein bischen Ruhe in zentraler Lage in Charlottenburg wünscht, ist hier richtig.
By foot 2 minutes to subway Bismarckstrasse/Richard-Wagner-Platz or 5 minutes to metro station Charlottenburg. Shopping possibilities are also close by. The flat can be visited anytime. Castle Charlottenburg and the park is nearby.
Drinking a coffee/wine/beer/cooking together after work is a nice thing to do occasionally but not a must. I think being friendly and respectful with each other as well as talking about issues early on, is the base for a good and fun time when sharing a flat.

Es gibt ein Wannenbad und eine Küche mit Balkon welche gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden können. Putzplan wird aufgestellt, damit die Hygienebedürftnisse von allen erfüllt werden. Küche und Bad sind mir am wichtigsten. Muss jetzt aber auch nicht übertrieben sein.
