It is a quiet and bright room that is a little separated from the rest of the flat in case you need some time for your own.

A lot of shopping possibilities are also close by, including a mall, fitness studios and a lot of food diversity.
The castle Charlottenburg and the park as well as the Kanal are nearby.
Calm and nice area of central Charlottenburg.
Drinking a coffee/wine/beer/cooking together after work is a nice thing to do occasionally but not a must. I think being friendly and respectful with each other as well as talking about issues early on, is the base for a good and fun time when sharing a flat.
