I'm renting out a room in my beautiful 3-room Altbau apartment located in a prime Charlottenburg location — right between Kurfürstendamm and Savignyplatz. The apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious and light-filled living room with high ceilings and large windows, a separate fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, and a welcoming entryway.

The room itself is on the smaller side (6m²) — it fits a single or double bed and some storage — but the rest of the apartment is generously sized and tastefully furnished, offering a luxurious and calm atmosphere. It's ideal for someone who is a Pendler or frequently travels for work, and is looking for a quiet, beautiful place to come home to.

The apartment is perfectly located between Savignyplatz and Kurfürstendamm, right in the heart of Charlottenburg. The neighborhood is full of charm, with countless great cafés, restaurants, and bars just around the corner — plus some of Berlin’s best shopping right at your doorstep. Public transport connections are excellent: there's a bus stop just around the corner, S-Bahn Savignyplatz is only a 2-minute walk away, and U-Bahn Uhlandstraße is reachable in just 4 minutes on foot.

You'll be sharing the apartment with me — I’m currently a student, but I’m already working part-time and often traveling. In a few months, I’ll be starting a full-time position, so my schedule tends to be quite busy. I’m open to different forms of flatshare — whether you're around a lot or just need a place during the week — but I do value a calm and respectful atmosphere and enjoy having some privacy at home.
