Wir vermieten 2 Zimmer für Studierende (ca. 10 und 15m²)im Studentenwohnheim "Eichkamp" in Berlin Charlottenburg ab April 2017 für 5 Monate oder länger. (NUR FÜR EINGESCHRIEBENE STUDIERENDE EINER BERLINER UNI ODER HOCHSCHULE)
Beide Zimmer sind möbliert (Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Regale, Kleiderschrank, Bett + Bettkasten, Lampen, Schuhregal). Das größere Zimmer hat Zugang zu einem großen Balkon, der mit zwei Sofas und einem Tisch ausgestattet ist.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, wie Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Geschirr, Besteck und verschiedenen Küchengeräten.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche (und man bezahlt keine Nebenkosten!).

We will let 2 rooms for students (ca. 10 and 15m²) in the student dormitory "Eichkamp" in Berlin Charlottenburg from April 2017 for 5 months or longer. (ONLY FOR ENROLLED STUDENTS OF A BERLIN UNIVERSITY)
Both rooms are fully furnished (desk + chair, shelves, cupboard, bed + bed drawer, lamps, shoe shelves) and provide access to a big balcony with two sofas and a table.
The kittchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishes, cutlery and several gadgets.
The bathroom has a tub with integrated shower.

Das Wohnheim hat eine wunderschöne Außenanlage mit Beachvolleyballfeld, Kräutergarten und Grillplatz. Außerdem gibt es eine Studentenbar, die regelmäßig ihre Pforten öffnet.
Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich der Grunewald sowie der Teufelsberg und der Teufelssee.
Die S-Bahnstation "Messe Süd" befindet sich nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt von unserer Haustür. Von dort aus kommt man schnell und direkt mit der S5 ins Zentrum.
Die TU, FU, HU, Beuth und HWR sind von hier aus schnell zu erreichen.
The dormitory has a nice outside area with beachvolleyball court, herbe garden and barbecue area. There also is a students' bar.
Just around the corner there is the Grunewald, the Teufelssee and the Teufelsberg.
The S-Bahn station "Messe Süd" is within 7 minutes walking distance. From there you can reach the centre directly with the S5.
There are good connections to TU, FU, HU, Beuth and BSEL.
Die WG besteht derzeit aus drei Frauen. Da 2 von uns nun bald ausziehen, suchen wir zwei neue Mitbewohner/innen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit im September wieder auszuziehen, da eine von uns wieder zurückkommt.
Maike, eure zukünftige Mitbewohnerin, ist 24 und studiert Psychologie an der FU.
Currently the flat is shared by three women. As 2 of us girls will be leaving soon we are looking for two nice flatmates. It is possible to stay until September only as one of us will come back then.

Auf der Wohnheimanlage befindet sich ein Waschmaschinenraum, ein Fitnessraum, ein Tischtennisraum und ein Musikraum. Außerdem gibt es eine Selbsthilfe- Fahrradwerkstatt.
On campus there is a laundry room, a gym, a tabletennis room and music room. There also is a do-it-yourself bycicle repair service.
