Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 23 m² groß, möbliert und wie du dem Foto entnehmen kannst, mit zwei großen, licht durchflutenden Fenstern und einem überarbeiteten Dielenboden ausgestattet. Das Zimmer liegt in einer Hochparterre zur Straße hinaus, von deren Geräuschkulisse du jedoch selten etwas mitbekommen wirst. Die gesamt Miete beträgt 750,- Euro, in der die Nebenkosten bereits enthalten sind. Die Kaution beträgt zwei Monatsmieten.
Your future room is 23 m² in size, furnished and, as you can see from the photo, has two large, light-flooded windows and a refurbished floorboard. The room is located on a mezzanine floor facing the street, but you will rarely be aware of the background noise. The total rent is 750 euros, which already includes utilities. The deposit is two month's rent.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Charlottenburg und ist umgeben von vielen netten Restaurants, Cafes und Bars. Innerhalb weniger Minuten gelangst du zum S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg, von dem aus du über den Zoologischen Garten hinweg, über den Hauptbahnhof, zum Ostkreuz gelangen kannst. Desweiteren befindet sich in derselben Laufrichtung die U-Bahnstation Wilmersdorf, die auf der U-Bahn Linie 7 liegt. Ebenfalls kannst du in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß die U2 erreichen, welche über den Alexanderplatz zum Prenzlauer Berg fährt.
Our flat is located in beautiful Charlottenburg and is surrounded by many nice restaurants, cafés and bars. Within a few minutes you can reach the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station, from where you can get to Ostkreuz via the Zoological Garden and the main railway station. The Wilmersdorf underground station, which is on underground line 7, is also in the same walking direction. You can also reach the U2 underground line, which runs via Alexanderplatz to Prenzlauer Berg, in around 10 minutes on foot.
Ich (Phillip, 29) werde für die Zeit meines Praktikums mein Zimmer untervermieten. Zusammenleben wirst du mit Tarana (26) und Eric (28). Wir sind eine sehr entspannte WG und unternehmen gerne am Wochenende etwas miteinander. Unter der Woche lassen wir gerne gemeinsam den Tag ausklingen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass du nicht rauchst und in den gemeinsamen Räumen auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit acht gibst. Zudem haben wir eine Putzroutine, sodass jede/r seinen/ihren Teil beiträgt.
I (Phillip, 29) will be subletting my room for the duration of my internship. You will be living with Tarana (26) and Eric (28). We are a very relaxed flat share and like to do things together at the weekend. During the week, we like to end the day together. It's important to us that you don't smoke and that you keep the shared rooms tidy and clean. We also have a cleaning routine so that everyone does their bit.
