Die Altbauwohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von 95 m2, das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 15 m2 (das Wohnzimmer, 25 m2, wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt, genauso wie Küche und Badezimmer. Die anteiligen Kosten belaufen sich inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet und Nebenkosten auf 550 Euro. Leider ist vom Vermieter keine Haustierhaltung erlaubt. Der Vermieter erlaubt lediglich ein Untermietvertrag. Der nachbarschaftliche Zusammenhalt wird im Haus großgeschrieben, es gibt Familien mit Kindern zwischen 6 Monaten und 9 Jahren, manchmal wird es etwas lebendiger im Garten... Wir feiern auch ab und an gemeinsam im Freien. Für Gartenarbeiten im sehr grünen Hinterhof organisieren wir uns einmal im Jahr.

Neighbourly cohesion is very important in the house, there are families with children between 6 months and 9 years, sometimes it gets a bit lively in the garden...
