Looking for someone to sublet my room in a beautiful 125m2 Berlin Altbau. I'm gone mid November to mid February, but can be a bit flexible regarding the dates. The room itself is 20m2 and the apartment comes with plenty of shared space including a living room, dining room, large kitchen, balcony etc...

Our flat is located in lovely Friedenau, a 5-minute walk from the ring and U9 underground (U/S Bundesplatz). So you can get everywhere quickly - especially to the south (Südkreuz, Tempelhofer Feld, Neukölln, Schöneberg) and west (Charlottenburg, Grunewald, Schlachtensee). There's a great market nearby twice a week that has everything you need, a classic berlin "Eckkneipe" across the street, a couple of cute cafés and the best jazz club in town.

Apartment comes with 2 of the best housemates on the planet!! We have plenty of shared space in the flat and like to use it as well :-) Think pancake brunch Sundays, movie night, the occasional home office & hang out day with friends... etc.
