The room has a window to a quiet courtyard furnished with a bed (pillows, sheets..), table, chair and lighting. The rent includes everything shared in the house - just plug and play. You will also have access to the wardrobe in the hallway for storing clothes, luggage, etc., so you'll find more space in your room.

The flat is located in Graefekeiz, with a small park at the doorstep. Admiralbrüke, Hasenheide, and Maybachufer are all 10 min walk from the door. And when you are done exploring, the area offers plenty of possibilities to shop, eat, and drink - pop your maps and have a look.

You'll be sharing the flat with me. I'm a digital designer living in Berlin since 2018, working at an agency full-time. So I try to make the most of my free time by hanging out with my friends visiting galleries, finding new places to eat, or just taking walks aroud the beautiful canal. I'm passionate about music and love dancing away at clubs from time to time - though that's getting more seldom these days. During weekdays, I live by my routines and enjoy working out to keep sane in this city.

The flat offers plenty of space to be. There's a large bathroom with bathtub and a living room with a sleek functional kitchen where you'll find me experimenting with various cuisines. I also mix vinyls from time to time in living room - currently into soul, funk, house, disco - maybe we can share something common or new there? ( :

All being said, I value living with kindness and harmony. We could end up exchanging endless stories over dinner or quietly reserve ourselves to our spaces, as needed, alles klar. We are a good fit when you share a clean, responsible and positive vibe with a solid foundation of clear communication.
