Die Wohnung bietet zudem eine geräumige Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, nur wenige Minuten von der S- und U-Bahn-Station Frankfurter Allee entfernt. Im anderen Zimmer wohnt ein netter, umgänglicher Mitbewohner (28 Jahre alt). Der Mietzeitraum läuft vom 16.11.2024 bis voraussichtlich Ende Januar und ist leicht flexibel. Da ich ausziehe, wird es voraussichtlich notwendig sein, einige Tage vor Monatsende auszuziehen; die Miete wird in diesem Fall anteilig reduziert. Die monatliche Gesamtmiete beträgt 700 €, wobei die erste und letzte Rate anteilig berechnet werden.

The apartment also has a large kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the S- and U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee. The other room is occupied by a friendly, easy-going roommate (28 years old). The rental period is from November 16, 2024, until approximately the end of January, with some flexibility. Since I’m moving out, it may be necessary to vacate a few days before month’s end; rent will be reduced proportionally in this case. The monthly rent is €700, with the first and last payments prorated.
Deposit: €300 (refundable on the last day)
