A 25m2 room in our apartment in Samariterkiez is available longterm from 01.03.2025 with Anmeldung.
It’s a large room with queen bed, large windows with plenty of light, big desk with office chair for home office/study, lamp, curtains, wooden wardrobe, 2 metalic drawers, 2 metalic shelves, one mirror is for sell.
The flat is located in ground floor and the window is to the street.
There is a small terrace you can access from the kitchen to smoke and the room can be locked from the inside and from the outside.
Samariterkiez
200 meters from Lidl supermarket, 8 minute walk to Frankfurter Allee U5 and 8 minute walk to Storkower strasse S Bahn, 8 min walk to the Ring Center for general shopping, edeka, kauflaund and dm nearby. Späti across the street and a 2minute walk from a tram stop.
20 minutes in public transportation to Alexanderplatz.
27 minutes in public transportation to Berlin Central Station.
We are an international 4-WG, speak mostly English and German. We are very open to any ethnicity but prefer our last roommate to be a girl. We are all new to the flat so we are still getting to know each other and want to make the flat our long term home. There is a couple things that we may need to get/ buy. We take turns to clean the kitchen/bathroom/hallway/tarrace.

- Oliwia: 23 yo, from Poland, student of International Business Management at HWR, finance intern, hobbys: thrifting, music, clubbing, volleyball, reality shows, languages: polish, english, german, learning spanish
- Celina: 25yo, from Berlin, hotel-tech startup intern, hobbys: sport/ gym, piano, painting, languages: english, german, learning italian
- Abril: 21 yo, from Argentina, working, hobbys: flea markets, traveling, music dj, languages: english, spanish, italian
There is a 7 yo dog Leo in the flat, so we are looking for someone who is not afraid, and likes pets and wouldnt mind staying with the dog and looking after him/ cuddle with him when the owner is gone (at the beginning of your message write “Leo” so that I know you read everything:)).
We want someone who is willing to spend some time together and get to know each other, we want to feel like at home, cozy and cute🫶🏻 but we also respect each others private spaces:)
No couples/ no other pets.
