Subletting one furnished room in my beautiful space during two weeks in July (flexible dates). The furniture includes a comfortable double bed, a night table and a dresser.
The bedroom faces South (plenty of light, as it is located on the fourth floor) and the flat is on the back of a patio (Hinterhof), so it's quiet as well. The cozy kitchen has everything you'll need, though I would like to ask you to not cook non-vegetarian food during this time, if possible. Bathroom has a shower cabin.
I'm looking for someone who is mature, responsible and clean, and who has had experience living in shared flats before. There's place for ONE person only (sorry, this is a non-negotiable).
As I work from home, I would prefer someone who is out during the day.

Great location close to Volkspark Friedrichshain, 10 min by tram from Wahrschauerstr. and the center of Prenzlauerberg as well as to Alexanderplatz. 10 min walk from Ring station Langsbergerallee. Plenty of cafes, organic stores and supermarkets around. Very relaxed and laidback area away from the party zone.
I'm a yoga and language teacher working mostly from home and I enjoy having my quiet space, but also interesting conversations about life. I love travelling and my drink of choice is tea.
