Hi! Wir sind Hannah und Kathi und wir vermieten unser Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer oder nur eines davon unter vom 1.3.-11.04.!
Unsere Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen. Friedrichshain und ist nah an Tram und U-Bahn, zu Fuß sind es nur 3 Minuten. Auch jegliche Restaurants und schöne Cafés sind Teil der ausgezeichneten Lage der Altbauwohnung.
Aktuell leben wir mit einem Mitbewohner (Jonas), er ist 25 und gelernter Koch und legt hohen Wert auf gute Kommunikation und Ordnung. Das Wohnzimmer ist jedoch unsers, wird also nicht mit Jonas geteilt. Über das Wohnzimmer hat man außerdem Zugang zu unserem geteilten Balkon.

Hi, we are Hannah and Kathi and we are renting out our bedroom and living room from 1 March to 11 April!
Our flat is located in the beautiful. Friedrichshain and is close to the tram and underground, it's only a 3 minute walk. Also all the restaurants and nice cafés are part of the excellent location of the old building flat.
We currently live with a flatmate (Jonas), who is 25 and a trained chef and attaches great importance to good communication and tidiness. However, the living room is ours, so it is not shared with Jonas. The living room also has access to our shared balcony.
