The flat is located 5 min walk from public transport (U5 and tram) and from Volkspark. The room is furnished (A desk, gamer chain, a couch, and a king size bed), with plants. It has 2 heaters and 2 windows with the view of our beautiful courtyard.We live in a quiet residential area and close to a supermarket as well. This room is available for 3 months, can extend(we are flexible). Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible.
The roommate is a friendly, tidy filmmaker/musician. Our flat is quiet but we also enjoy having lunch together or going to music venues when we have time. We are English speakers but we can also speak Spanish and German.
We are currently looking for someone who is tidy, clean, trustworthy, and friendly who enjoys their alone time but also likes to have casual conversations and connect with their roommates.
