I spent a lot of time decorating the room. I feel like it has a cozy vibe now, a lot of sun comes inside, perfect to spend winter I think! Lots of plants.
I will leave some months to write my master's thesis in Brasil. so I'll leave most stuff in my room, but we can speak about how much space in the wardrobes you'd like to have liberated.
I'd ask you to take care of my plants, water them and check if they have any illnesses.
The floor is real wood and pretty, but in some parts a bit damaged, that's why I have the carpet. If you need a bike we can speak about you lending mine.
I pay 550 month, so for the whole period it would be around 1400, but we can speak about it.
The location is very good to use public transport. The tram stops right in front of the door, Ubahn and S-Bahn are right around the corner. also the Ring-Center is very close for groceries.
We are 4 people in total, Emma, Murilo and Marcelo.
Emma and Murilo are musicians, luckily they are very good and their music never annoyed me.
Marcelo is doing a work and holiday year in Germany. The boys are both Brazilians.
We live with two cats, Frida and Kahlo. They were born this year and are very cute and cuddly. So even better if you love cats!
I'd ask you to show me you have a Haftpflichtversicherung, because I'll leave most of my stuff with you.
