We are subrenting a cozy room in a 3 person WG in Friedrichshain from now to end of February (flexible). After that there is the possibility that the room will become free long-term or of of switching to another room in the WG that might become free long-term. Its a fully furnished 15m2 room with plenty of storage space in a quiet Hinterhaus. The flat is freshly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The flat is located in a calm neighbourhood close to Boxi with a lot of shops and public transportation nearby. U Frankfurter Tor (U5), S Storkower Straße / Landsberger Allee (Ringbahn) and Tram Straßmannstraße are in walking distance.
You will be living with Inés who works in marketing and Sophie who works as a barista, both in their mid-twenties. They’re both great flatmates and I’m so sad to be leaving them. We all enjoy spending time together, often have dinner together, watch movies or reality tv, do sports (mostly bouldering, yoga and Pilates) or go out for a drink. On the weekends we go to fleamarkets, the movies, concerts and the occasional club. Mainly we want everyone to feel comfortable and at ease at home, so we’re looking for someone tidy, respectful and easy going and fun who would like to be part of our WG.
