In unserer WG ist zu angegebenem Zeitraum ein Zimmer Deluxe frei. Die Wohnung ist eine Maisonette, liegt im Hinterhof (4.+5. Etage) und ist von daher sehr ruhig & hell. Es gibt eine Wohnküche mit Gas-Herd und allem was man so braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Direkt vor der Haustür ist der schöne Landwehrkanal, es gibt tolle Märkte am Maybachufer, Supermärkte aller Art, Spätis um jedes Eck, lecker Restaurants und natürlich Cafés.
Dein Bereich wäre die obere Etage (offenes Wohnzimmer + Schlafzimmer), im unteren Bereich sind Küche und Badezimmer. Wohnen würdest Du mit der wundervollen Susanne, sie arbeitet bei der Berlinale und ist sehr amüsant.
Einen Kaminofen inklusive Holz gibt es ebenfalls :))

Heyho, be welcome in our lovely Maisonette apartment in the heart of Xkölln. It is located in the 4th&5th floor of a green backyard, so its bright and calm. There is everything you need to enjoy a real home including Gaz-cooker and cozy woodstove :)) we are located right by the canal and a nice farmers market, Supermarkets, Bars, Cafes etc. are all around.
Your space would be the upper floor (open salon + bedroom). In the lower floor you share the kitchen and bathroom with the wonderful Susanne, she is working at the Berlinale and much fun.
