Diese kannst Du alle selbst im Mietpreis inkludiert nutzen. Es besitzt als einziges Zimmer der Wohnung einen schönen Erker, der zusätzlich mehr Licht reinlässt und es noch größer wirken lässt.
Die Wohnung ist vor einem halben Jahr frisch saniert worden und in einem Top Zustand.

Your new room is located in a beautiful, freshly renovated old apartment in the middle of Friedrichshain's Ostkreuzkiez - as the name suggests, right on Ostkreuz.
The room is furnished with everything you need to live: bed, desk, wardrobe and more. The desk was made and installed by the tenant. You can use them all yourself included in the rental price. It is the only room in the apartment with a beautiful bay window, which lets in more light and makes it look even bigger.
The apartment was freshly renovated six months ago and is in top condition.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Ostkreuz, welches 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt, in unmittelbarer fußläufiger Entfernung. Wirklich alles: Discounter, Bus-Haltestelle, Imbisse jeglichen Geschmacks, Restaurants, Spätis, Bars, noch mehr Spätis... you name it.
Mitten in Friedrichshain also schönster Berlin-Vibe und bester Anbindung an alle relevanten Berliner Locations inklusive RAW-Gelände an der Warschauer Straße (zu Fuß auch nur 15 Minuten).

Du ziehst zu einem Zeitpunkt ein, in dem sich das WG Leben komplett neu sortiert, da ich und ein anderer Mitbewohner ausgezogen sind. Aktuell wohnt noch Ivo in der Wohnung und sucht zwei neue Mitbewohner, die gut in die WG und das gemeinsame Leben passen.
Ivo (26) ist ein offenherziger Mensch mit einer ruhigen Ader. Er ist immer interessiert neue Leute kennenzulernen, bricht gerne aus seiner Bubble heraus, geht gerne tiefgehende Gespräche und ist ein guter Zuhörer. Ivo ist seit letztem Jahr neu nach Berlin gekommen und gerade noch dabei seine Wurzeln zu schlagen. Beruflich ist Ivo als Produkt Manager in einem Startup für erneuerbare Energien tätig, was für ihn mehr als nur ein Job ist.
