Beautiful and bright penthouse partment for sublet - perfect location on Warschauer Straße I am offering our charming and light-flooded attic apartment from May 12th, 2025 until the end of April. One of two bedrooms is rented. The €850 is the monthly rent; if the rental period is shorter, it can be reduced accordingly. The highlight of the apartment is the spacious, open kitchen-living room with lots of natural light and direct access to a private roof terrace - perfect for relaxing and enjoying. There are two large, bright rooms that can be used individually as a living room, bedroom or study. kitchen is fully equipped also with a dishwasher The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment is on the 5th floor of an old building (without elevator) and is rented fully furnished. The ideal rental period would be from March 12 to May 1st, but a slightly shorter rental period is also possible by arrangement. Super close to public transport nice cafes and restaurants as well as bars and clubs ( Berghain) there is a fleemarket and a groceries market every weekend close by..good shopping possibilities and not too far from the river spree. It is a lovely and vibrant neighborhood with good connection to central train station and the airport

You will share with a nice female doing a coaching education after having studied and worked for a while. Now she is a freelancer - super friendly and uncomplicated. You sharecthe big living room/ kitchen where there us enough space for having dinners doing yoga or relax on the rooftop terrace
