I am renting out one room in my beautiful 3-rooms apartment. The apartment is on the second floor and it's fully furnished as you can see in the pictures.
I live in the apartment together with my partner and we are looking for someone to take up the other room which we do not use for the meantime.

About You:
You ought be a very clean person because we will take turns to clean up the apartment especially common shared areas. Our ideal candidate should be preferably a student or a young working professional. You should also be able to prove that you are capable of paying the rent and the deposit. You can be a smoker but smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
The apartment can be located in Hellersdorf. It's about 5 mins walk away from the Central Hellersdorf and the U-bahn station (U5). The Subway U5 drives directly from Hellersdorf to Berlin Alexanderplatz in 30mins as well as Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) in 40mins. The tram lines M6 & 18 are also 3mins walk away.
There are many other supermarkets and shopping centers nearby. For example, REWE, Norma, Lidl etc are all within walking distance.
