Das Zimmer (20 m²) liegt im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung (Hochparterre im Hinterhaus) und wird ab dem 01.02.2025 unbefristet (keine Zwischenmiete möglich) sowie unmöbliert vermietet. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich. Die monatliche Warmmiete beträgt 540 €, eine Kaution ist nicht erforderlich.
Zusätzlich wird alle drei Monate (Februar, Mai, August, November) eine anteilige Rundfunkgebühr (GEZ) von 18,36 € pro Person fällig. Diese wird gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Haushaltskosten (z. B. Hygieneartikel sowie Putz- und Reinigungsmittel, im Durchschnitt ca. 15 € pro Person pro Quartal) beglichen.

The room (20m²) is located in the rear section of the apartment (mezzanine floor in the rear building) and will be available for long-term rent (no short-term rentals possible) from 01.02.2025. It will be rented unfurnished, with the option for registration (Anmeldung).
The monthly rent is €540 warm, and no deposit is required. Additionally, every three months (February, May, August, November), a TV tax (GEZ) of €18.36 per person is due. This is payable separately along with the shared household costs (e.g., hygiene products, cleaning supplies), which average around €15 per person per quarter.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Schönhauser Allee, direkt neben der Haltestelle Eberswalder Straße (U2, M1, M10, 12). Der Mauerpark, die Kulturbrauerei, der Helmholtzplatz sowie die Haltestelle Schönhauser Allee (U2, M1, S8, S41, S42) sind jeweils in etwa 5–10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Kiez bietet zahlreiche Einkaufs-, Freizeit- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.
