Wir möchten in unserem Haus in der Schönleinstraße, Kreuzberg, zwischen dem 05.12. und 30.01. (Termine können flexibel gestaltet werden) ein Zimmer (30 m²) mit gemeinsamem Wohnraum (35m2) mieten. Das Haus hat insgesamt 3,5 Zimmer und 100 m², bestehend aus 2 Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohn-/Küchenbereich. Das Haus liegt im Erdgeschoss mit hohen Decken. Es eignet sich gut als WG. Meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin wird noch bis Ende Januar in einem der Zimmer wohnen. Da ich mit meiner Frau in ein anderes Haus ziehen werde, plane ich, mein Zimmer bis zum Ablauf unseres Vertrages (31.01.2025) unterzuvermieten.

We would like to rent a room (30 m²) with common living room (35m2) in our house in Schönleinstrasse, Kreuzberg, between December 5th and January 30th (Dates could be flexible). The house has a total of 3.5 rooms and 100 m², consisting of 2 bedrooms and a large living room/kitchen area. The house is on the ground floor with a high ceiling. It is quite suitable to use as a WG. My current roommate will continue to stay in one of the rooms until the end of January. Since I will be moving to another house with my wife, I plan to sublet my room until our contract expires (January 31st, 2025).
