Here some general info about the sublet:
- I am leaving Berlin for some time and I didn't buy the return ticket yet, therefore the dates are flexible
- The sublet is for 3/5 months, the dates are flexible. From mid-December til April ideally, but we can arrange differently if you have any need.
- Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible due to the short rental duration
Your flatmate will be Evelin (28yo), an open-minded musician girl from Bulgaria. She is chill, quite and funny, but also extrovert and respectful. The person living with her should be on the same page and vibe with her as much as possible.
If you are interested please send me a short message about yourself, let me know when you can/would move in and if/when you are available for a video call or a visit.

In the room (more or less 15mq) you'll find:
- cozy bed with memoryfoam topper (140x200)
- small but comfy couch
- blackout curtains with the view to the inner courtyard - you won't hear traffic noise
- big wardrobe & clothes rack
- sideboard
- small table to study or work
- long mirror
In the kitchen and the bathroom you'll find anything you need to be cozy: all kind of utensils for cooking, coffee machine & moka, juice extractor, washing machine, sheets and towels if needed, clothes rack and iron.
The flat is located in Kreuzberg, in front of the Viktoriapark and behind the Gleisdreieck, and in 10 minutes by bike or bus to Tempelhoferfeld.
In the area you'll find many wonderful parks, streets, vintage shops, restaurants, cinemas, bars and cafes, a Markthalle and a local Flohmarkt on Saturdays - or anything you are looking for!
Just around the corner are Lidl and Aldi (literally 30 seconds walk), there is a Rewe and Bio Company within 5 minutes walk and at the S-Bahn station. 700m away is the Bergmannkiez and Mehringdamm, with an Edeka and all different kinds of shops, sport and medical centers,

She speaks English, Bulgarian, Russian and is learning German. She prefers a veggie diet, but you are of course free to eat whatever you'd like.
Evelyn is a musician (not a loud one) and in the evenings works in a restaurant, therefore she'll be home mostly in the mornings.
This is not a party flat, but of course you can enjoy a nice evening together and or with a friend.
We sometimes smoke in the kitchen with the window open, and so you can do in your room.
Respect for others, cleanliness and being open-minded are the only requirements for living in the flat - we believe we are all grown up and with mutual respect and open communication there won't be any “rule” needed. :)
