About the Room:
- Size: about 25m2 (I guess, could be a bit less or more)
- Furnishings: Includes a 1,6m bed, a large wardrobe, a desk for work or study (if needed), a large TV, and additional storage space.
The Apartment:
- Shared Spaces: A modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a clean well-maintained bathroom with bathtub and a large storage space for all your stuff
- Amenities: High-speed internet, dishwasher, washing machine,
- Location: Situated right next to the beautiful Park am Gleisdreieck in Kreuzberg. Close to numerous bars and restaurants. Excellent public transport connections are just a short walk away.
About Us:
- Roommates: You will be sharing the apartment with two friendly and respectful roommates - one from Germany and one from the Netherlands. We are both in our late twenties, enjoy a good balance of socializing and personal time, and appreciate a clean and harmonious living environment.
Ideal Tenant:

!!IMPORTANT!!
The room of one your potential roommates is connected to your room. This means that she will have to pass through the back of your room to enter her room. We have separated this using large blackout curtains, so there is full privacy. So far we have not experienced any problems with this, but please keep this in mind before messaging us :) (the pictures illustrate the situation pretty well, if it's not clear feel free to text!)
