I just moved to a new flat in Kotti and I have a cosy room free until a friend of mine comes to live with me. It will take at least 3 months for him to get his visa sorted out, so there’s a possibility to stay longer.
The room is appr. 14m2 with high ceilings, equipped with a double bed, 2 closets, a table and a chair. I have an extra TV if you’d like to use it, along with other potentially useful stuff -we can talk about those later-.
The kitchen is pretty spacious and there’s a couch and a table there that we can use for eating and hanging out.
The flat is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Cats are very welcome!
The flat is located 1 min away by foot from Kottbusser Tor. Not much more to say to a Berliner :)
In case you’re not familiar, it’s one of the main centers of Berlin. It’s perfectly connected to several public transport systems. Many supermarkets and local shops are minutes away as well as tons of restaurants, cafes and bars.
You’d be living with me. So hey, this is Yank, I’m a musician and performing arts manager. I work from home aside from rehearsals, recording sessions and concerts. I don’t do much loud stuff at home so no worries about that.
I appear to be a pretty extravert guy (which I can be) but when I’m home, I mostly like to be by myself. It seems that I need to turn on my social button and it requires mental preperation, so if I have plans made, I’ll be ready to socialise but otherwise I can struggle.
Good to know that the place is by no means a party place but of course small gatherings with consideration are fine. Good communication is key when living toghether.
It’s important for me to keep common areas tidy and clean.
