Furnished room in Kotti available starting from March 1st!
Initial rental period would be 3 months, with a possibility to extend. Unfortunately registration is not possible. You'd share the place with me only (musician, 32).
The room is appr. 15m2 with high ceilings, equipped with a double bed, 2 closets, drawer unit, a table and a chair. There's also a TV if you'd like to use it.
The kitchen is pretty spacious with a nice dining/chilling area with a TV. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The flat is located on the 1st floor and as you probably already know, the area is packed with everything you'd need.

The flat is located 1 min away by foot from Kottbusser Tor. Not much more to say to a Berliner :)
In case you’re not familiar, it’s one of the main centers of Berlin. It’s perfectly connected to several public transport systems. Many supermarkets and local shops are minutes away as well as tons of restaurants, cafes and bars.
You’d be living with me. So hey, this is Yank, I’m a musician and performing arts manager. I work from home aside from rehearsals, recording sessions and concerts. I don’t play loud stuff at home so no worries about that.
I appear to be a pretty extravert guy (which I can be) but when I’m home, I mostly like to be by myself. It seems that I need to turn on my social button and it requires mental preperation, so if I have plans made, I’ll be ready to socialise but otherwise I can struggle.
Good to know that the place is by no means a party place but of course small gatherings with consideration are fine. Good communication is key when living toghether.
It’s important for me to keep common areas tidy and clean.
