Room available in a 4 person WG by checkpoint charlie. We have two bathrooms and a open space with the shared living room and kitchen. Also a small balcony. It is on the 7th floor with elevator.
550 euros per month rent all included. Please write me a small intro about yourself and who you are and what you do in berlin.
For us it is extremley important that the person that comes in can be someone we can chill with and also live with (friendly and clean). Furthermore, my roommates will givw the room to someone that has capacity to be partnof the main contrat. That meaning that you are a fulltime employee here in Berlin and are making at least 3x the net rent of the room to have as proof for the agency that you will not be a liability. move in would be the 12th of december.
In the apartment is a German who is a personal trainer, a Spanish guy who is working part time while he gets his degreee here validated to be a teacher at the Spanish school here, and a French girl who works in talen aqcuisition. We sometimes hangout in the living room or cook together or go out for drinks together, but mostly we all have our seperate lives.
