WG Zimmer in Top-Lage zwischen Viktoriapark und Bergmannstraße zur Untermiete im Januar

Die Wohnung liegt in der Methfesselstraße direkt zwischen der Bergmannstraße und dem schönen Viktoriapark mitten in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Im beliebten Kiez sind unzählige Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Geschäfte und Spätis verfügbar. Supermärkte (Netto & ein brandneuer Edeka, DM) sind direkt in der Bergmannstraße zu erreichen, aber auch REWE, Lidl, Aldi & Denn's Biomarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Der Viktoriapark rund um den namensgebenden Kreuzberg liegt direkt vor der Haustür und lädt zum Spazierengehen ein.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Mehringdamm und Platz der Luftbrücke direkt an der U-Bahnlinie 6 (15 Minuten bis Friedrichstraße). Am Mehringdamm fährt dazu die Linie 7. Zudem verkehren diverse Buslinien in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Ringbahn ist über Tempelhof zeitnah zu erreichen. Auch Fahraddstellplätze im Hinterhof sind verfügbar.
Der Bergmannkiez ist wirklich einer der schönsten Kieze Berlins!

The apartment is located on Methfesselstraße directly between Bergmannstraße and the beautiful Viktoriapark in the middle of Berlin-Kreuzberg. Countless restaurants, cafés, bars, stores and Spätis are available in the popular neighborhood. Supermarkets (Netto & a brand new Edeka, DM) can be reached directly in Bergmannstraße, but REWE, Lidl, Aldi & Denn's Biomarkt are also just around the corner. The Viktoriapark around the eponymous Kreuzberg is right on the doorstep and invites you to go for a walk.
The apartment is located between Mehringdamm and Platz der Luftbrücke directly on U-Bahn line 6 (15 minutes to Friedrichstraße). Line 7 also runs from Mehringdamm. Various bus lines also run in the immediate vicinity and the Ringbahn can be reached quickly via Tempelhof. Bicycle parking spaces are also available in the backyard.
The Bergmannkiez really is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Berlin!

Deine Mitbewohner für deine Zeit in der "Methi" (kurz für Methfesselstraße-WG) sind Caro und Jakob. Beide sind Anfang 30 und berufstätig.

Jakob arbeitet als Radio-Journalist im Bereich Kultur. Wenn du dich also dafür interessierst was das beste Konzert der Woche ist, oder welchen Film du im Kino nicht verpassen und welches Theatherstück du dir auf jeden Fall anschauen solltest, ist er der richtige Ansprechpartner.

Caro arbeitet als Deutschlehrerin für Geflüchtete und Schulkinder in Berlin. Sie mag gerne Hunde (am liebsten Corgis) und spielt in der gemeinsamen Band (Shredded Palmenhain) Schlagzeug.

Caro und Jakob sind ein Paar. Sie vereint eine große Leidenschaft für ausgiebige Spaziergänge durch und um Berlin und die Faszination für skandinavische Länder.

Die beiden sind berufstätig und brauchen daher gerade unter der Woche eher ihre Ruhe. Am Wochenende nehmen sie dich aber bestimmt gerne mal mit auf einen Samstagnachmittagsspaziergang. Den beiden ist es wichtig das Rückzugsräume innerhalb der WG existieren, freuen sich aber über gelegentliche Gespräche in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer.

Solltest du dich für das Zimmer interessieren, können wir gerne einen Termin zum telefonieren ausmachen, damit du die beiden etwas besser kennenlernen kannst.

Your flatmates for your time in the “Methi” (short for Methfesselstraße shared flat) are Caro and Jakob. They are both in their early 30s and work.

Jakob works as a radio-journalist in the culture department. So if you're interested in what the best concert of the week is, or which movie you shouldn't miss at the cinema and which theater play you should definitely see, he's the right person to talk to.

Caro works as a German teacher for refugees and school-kids in Berlin. She likes dogs (preferably corgis) and plays drums in their joint band (Shredded Palmenhain).

Caro and Jakob are a couple. They share a great passion for long walks through and around Berlin and a fascination for Scandinavian countries.

They both work and therefore need their peace and quiet during the week. At the weekend, however, they will certainly be happy to take you on a Saturday afternoon stroll. It's important to both of them that there are spaces to retreat to within the shared flat, but they are happy to have the occasional chat in the kitchen or living room.
