The room is a small but super cute room with lots of sun and access to a shared balcony (with one other housemate). It comes with the loft bed (but no mattress), a desk, chair, and a small wardrobe.
There are two bathrooms in the flat 🛀
Unfortunately the whole house is being renovated in the fall which is why the contract ends in September :( All the other flatmates will have to move out as well.
The flat is located 2 minutes walking distance from Maybachufer and Görli and there are lots of cute cafes, bars and restaurants right around the corner. The Kreuzkölln area is really close and you really have that “Kiezlife” in the area :)
There is also a M29 bus stop right in front of the house and Friedrichshain is super easy reachable by Oberbaumbrücke.
You will share the flat with a lovely mix of really wonderful people 🫶🏽 There are three Germans, one American and one Italian living in the flat, all studying different subjects and working on the side.
Everyone gets along well and we’re always happy to chat and catch up in the kitchen. We sometimes try to get everyone together but this can be tough since we are 6 people and often dont share the same schedule. But either way you’ll always see a friendly face in the flat :)
