We have a comfortable and cute room available for sublet in our shared flat.
Inside the room, you'll find all the essential furnishings: a bed, a desk, a closet, and some charming potted plants.
This room is available for a sublet duration of 2 weeks in February. Perfect for someone who wants to explore the city.
When you live here, the U8 subway line will be your best friend. Additionally, the U3 and U1 lines, along with various bus routes, are easily accessible in just a minute walking distance.
Kotti is a special place: You can either love the post migrant magic here or hate it. But I have a feeling that you would love it.
Life is convenient here: Within walking distance, you'll find a Turkish supermarket, Rewe, Norma, Rossmann, as well as a variety of bars, clubs, dentists, florists, bike shops, and more. Whatever you're looking for, chances are you won't have to search for more than a couple of minutes to find it. (Although, if you're on the hunt for a traditional German bakery, that might be a bit more challenging to locate)
I live in the flat with my sister, who will be away on an artist residency in february.
We are both artists and educators and we both have several side hustles. So life is quite busy, but not exactly the regular 9 to 5 routine. A big part of our work is done from home, but we also tend to go out a lot to meet friends and do stuff.
We speak English, German, and Persian. There will be another subletter during your stay in february.
I have a passion for art, music, languages, humor, politics, social justice, and, of course, good food.
I am an omnivore and it's important that you are okay with the existence of animal products in the kitchen.
Maintaining a clean and tidy living space is important for me, and I love to cook. Above all, I value creating a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can relax and recharge. I will be super happy to find someone who shares this values :-).
