We have a cute and cozy room available for sublet in our shared flat. The space is fully furnished with a bed, desk, closet, and some lovely potted plants—perfect for a short-term stay.

You'll be sharing the flat with me while my sister is away on an artist residency. We are both artists and educators with various side hustles, so life here is lively but flexible—definitely not a 9-to-5 routine. I work from home sometimes, but I'm also often out and about.
I speak English, German, and Persian and are always happy to exchange ideas, share meals, or just coexist peacefully in our cozy space.

Kotti is a one-of-a-kind place—you either fall in love with its post-migrant magic or you don’t, but I have a feeling you will! The area is full of life, with everything you need within a short walk:
✔️ Supermarkets (Turkish market, Rewe, Norma)
✔️ Drugstores (Rossmann)
✔️ Bars, clubs, bike shops, florists, dentists—you name it
(If you're looking for a traditional German bakery, that might be the only challenge 😉)
