Ich bin eine Mischung aus introvertiert und extrovertiert: Ich genieße sowohl die gemeinsamen Momente des Lachens und Austauschs mit Mitbewohnern als auch meine eigenen ruhigen Momente. Ich arbeite derzeit Vollzeit als Marketing Manager und suche ein harmonisches WG-Leben, in dem jeder Raum für seine Individualität hat und dennoch eng verbunden ist und spaßige Freizeitaktivitäten plant.
Sauberkeit ist für mich ein wichtiger Faktor, da ich meine Umgebung immer gepflegt und ordentlich halte und dies auch von den Mitbewohnern erwarte.
Daher suche ich nach einem Mitbewohner, der diese Balance ebenfalls schätzt und ein respektvolles und rücksichtsvolles Miteinander lebt. Ich bin Vegetarier und bevorzuge generell jemanden, der ähnliche Ernährungspräferenzen hat oder diese berücksichtigt.

EN- I am a mix between an introvert and extrovert: I enjoy both the shared moments of laughing and sharing with flatmates and my own quiet moments I currently work full-time as a Marketing Manager and seek a harmonious flat-sharing life where everyone has room for their individuality but yet closely connected and plans fun activities.
For me, cleaniness is also a big factor as i always like to keep my surroundings neat and tidy and also expect the same from my flatmate.
That's why I'm looking for a flatmate who also values this balance and cultivates a respectful and considerate co-existence. I'm also a vegetarian and would generally prefer someone who also has similar dietary preferences / is respectful towards these preferences.

Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch weitere Annehmlichkeiten aus. Eine voll ausgestattete separate Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das Duschbad verfügt über ein Fenster, was für viel Tageslicht sorgt. Der Balkon lädt zu gemütlichen Abendstunden oder zum Frühstücken an sonnigen Tagen ein. Dank der vielen Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Gebäude sind Parkplatzsorgen Geschicht. Ein zusätzlicher Abstellraum für weitere persönliche Gegenstände und ein Fahrrad ist im Keller vorhanden.

EN- The flat is characterised by further amenities. A fully equipped separate kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher is available for common use. The shower room has a window, which provides plenty of daylight and also has a shower filter. The balcony invites you to spend cosy evenings or have breakfast on sunny days. Thanks to the many parking spaces around the building, parking worries are a thing of the past. The flat also offers an extra storage room in the basement.
