Dein zukünftiges Zimmer in Lichtenberg 🌳☺️

Hallo liebe zukünftige Mitbewohnerin!☺️

Wir, zwei Schwestern im Alter von 27 und 28 Jahren, suchen eine fröhliche Mitbewohnerin, die Lust hat, mit uns in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung in Lichtenberg zu leben! Wir legen viel Wert auf ein freundliches, harmonisches Zusammenleben.

Unsere Wohnung ist ein Ort, an dem sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Die Küche ist immer offen für gemeinsame Kochabende – wir lieben es, neue Rezepte auszuprobieren und zusammen zu essen! In der Küche findest du alles, was du brauchst, von Spülmaschine über Waschmaschine bis hin zu Geschirr und Küchengeräten. Sauberkeit und ein angenehmes Ambiente sind uns sehr wichtig.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und du kannst alles in deiner zukünftigen Wohnung benutzen. WLAN und Zugriff auf jede Sendung sind vorhanden.

Dein Zimmer befindet sich im 3. OG, hat ein Doppelbett (90x200 cm). Decken, Kissen und Bettwäsche sind leider nicht vorhanden, aber die Matratze ist sehr bequem und orthopädisch. Du hast zwei große Kleiderschränke. Alle anderen Dinge, wie die Puppen, die du auf dem Foto siehst, werden wir bei deinem Einzug wegräumen.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: In nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß bist du bei Kaufland und Lidl und in 10 Minuten bei Rewe. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, was dir eine optimale Anbindung bietet. Außerdem sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Nöldnerplatz.

Die monatliche Miete beträgt 570€, und die Kaution liegt bei 200€.

Hello, dear future roommate!☺️

We, two sisters aged 27 and 28, are looking for a cheerful roommate who would love to live with us in our cozy apartment in Lichtenberg! We value a friendly, harmonious living environment.

Our home is a place where everyone can feel comfortable. The kitchen is always open for shared cooking nights—we love trying out new recipes and enjoying meals together! You’ll find everything you need in the kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, and kitchen gadgets. Cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere are very important to us.

The apartment is furnished, and you’re welcome to use everything. Wi-Fi and access to all streaming services are available.

Your room is located on the 3rd floor and has a double bed (90x200 cm). Unfortunately, blankets, pillows, and bed linen are not provided, but the mattress is very comfortable and orthopedic. You’ll have two large wardrobes. All other items, such as the dolls you see in the photo, will be removed when you move in.

The location is just perfect: it’s only a 2-minute walk to Kaufland and Lidl, and 10 minutes to Rewe. The bus stop is right across the street, providing you with excellent connections. Plus, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn Nöldnerplatz.

The monthly rent is 570€ , and the deposit is 200€.
