Nice 15m2 room with a balcony facing the backyard.

Either for short term or long term rent. If furniture is needed It would be 50€ more rent per month.

The flat is about 10mins walk from Frankfurter Allee (Ringe). Tram is 3mins away.

Netto is in 3 minutes walking distance, Aldi, Rewe and Lidl are 5mins. Kaufland, Edeka and asian markets 10mins.

Stadtpark Lichtenberg is close by, nice for either running or just walking.

There is also a little fitness outdoor park 5minutes from the flat. Some gyms are close by as well.

Hey, I'm Tom, 35 years old and moved to Berlin about 3 years ago. Originally from northern Germany :)

I have been living in several flats over the years and as long as the vibe is right and chilled it has always been nice. With some old flat mates from like 10 years ago I still go on vacations every year :)

In my leisure time I do a lot of sports such as Volleyball/Beachvolleyball, Fitness and bit of running and spinning. And I go for walks in nearby parks quite a lot too. Other than that I also spent quite some time at my computer either programming or playing games. From time to time I get together with friends for a meal and a drink, usually somewhere else but sometimes at my place. I try to cook several times per week but I also do enjoy pizza or some chilli cheese nuggets every now and then.

I speak german and english.. also soome spanish.

Kitchen appliances like dish washer and washing machine are there though the dish washer and the cooking plate still need to be connected by a handicraftsman which will happen withing the next few weeks.
