Das Zimmer ist ein 22m² großes, unmöbliertes Eckzimmer. Es gibt zwei große Fenster, eines nach Westen, eines nach Norden. Unsere Altbauwohnung ist hell und hat eine große Wohnkücke, von der ein großer Balkon Richtung Innenhof abgeht. Das Badezimmer hat Dusche, Wanne und zwei Waschbecken. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Bad und Küche sind gefliest. Das Laminat in den Zimmern und im Flur ist sehr schick. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wurde vor einigen Jahren komplett saniert. Im Haus wohnen viele Familien mit Kindern.
Wir wünschen uns eine Mitbewohner*in, mit der/dem das Zusammenleben langfristig schön ist, deshalb würden wir den Vertrag erstmal auf 6 Monate befristen, damit beide Seiten schauen können, ob es passt.
Unsere Wohnung liegt ungefähr 8 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz entfernt. Mit Fahrrad, Bus und sogar zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten nach Friedrichshain. Uns gefällt die Lage sehr gut, weil es ruhig ist, aber alles trotzdem alles gut und schnell erreichbar.
Katharina ist Landschaftsarchitektin, 38, und lebt seit 15 Jahren in der WG. Sie gärtnert und kocht gerne. Seit 2022 wohnt Yasmina, 25, hier. Sie ist mitten im Master in European Studies in Frankfurt Oder. Sie ist offen und kommunikativ. Wir kochen beide nicht oder selten mit Fleisch, aber akzeptieren natürlich jede Ernährungsform.
Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in, welche*r das eigene Zimmer auch gern mal verlässt und am WG-Leben mit Kaffe/Limo/Wein trinken, Filmeschauen, Flohmarktbesuchen und gelegentlichem gemeinsamen Kochen teilnimmt. Gemeinsam haben wir ein Interesse daran, die Wohnung gut in Schuss zu halten, sodass wir uns alle wohlfühlen. Eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit liegt uns ebenso am Herzen wie der gegenseitige Respekt von persönlichen Grenzen.

ROOM
The room is a 22m² unfurnished room. There are two large windows, one to the west and one to the north. Our apartment in an Altbau is bright and has a large kitchen-living room, from which a large balcony leads towards the inner courtyard. The bathroom has a shower, tub and two sinks. A washing machine is also available. Bathroom and kitchen are tiled. The laminate in the rooms and in the hallway is very chic. The house is very well maintained and was completely renovated a few years ago. Many families with children live in the house.
LOCATION
Our apartment is about an 8-minute walk from the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station. It is only a few minutes to Friedrichshain by bike, bus or even on foot. We like the location very much, because it's quiet, but everything is easy and quick to reach.
Living together
Katharina is a landscape architect, 38, and has lived in the shared flat for 15 years. She enjoys gardening and cooking. Yasmina, 25, has lived here since 2022. She has just started her Master's degree in European Studies in Frankfurt Oder. She's open and communicative. We both don't or rarely cook with meat, but of course accept any diet.
We are looking for a roommate who likes to leave their own room and take part in the shared flat life with coffee/lemon/wine, watching movies, visiting flea markets and occasionally cooking together. Together we have an interest in keeping the apartment in good condition so that we all feel comfortable. Good communication skills are just as important to us as mutual respect for personal boundaries.
